Execute AFR Import plans and processes to provide air freight forwarding for internal and external customers in accordance with customers requirements to grant operational excellence and high customer service level;

- Gather guidelines from internal functions and receive, execute and update orders via the system;

- Provide allocation and reservations of freight on planned linehaul required for hub and operations performance;

- Ascertain domestic and/or international freight rate on outgoing materials and products based on analysis of tariff rates, freight classifications, delivery schedules and deadlines;

- Identify, obtain and collate documents required for obtaining permits, licenses, and certificates for customs clearance

- Perform daily shipment documentation work, customs declarations (input to customs broker) and other required documents

- Process, handle, distribute and archive all required documents in the shipping area

- Comply with operating standards and procedures to provide superior customer service, granting operational excellence;

- Coordinate with overseas office to check and verify shipment information;

- Respond to customers queries in an efficient and competitive manner;

- Achieve accurate and timely delivery of billing information to customers;

- Verify entries to ensure customer requirements are met and suggest routine corrective actions in case of deviations;

- Report and manage exceptions/issues assigned by other functions or directly from customer;

- Collaborate with Warehouse, Cartage, ICC and customs brokers to resolve issues, ensure service quality and timeliness;

- Good knowledge of Air Freight (AFR) Import Product (2+ years of experience);

- Good management and communication skills (people, deadlines, workflows);

- Full understanding of customers needs and requirements and capability to provide structured inputs to direct reports;

- Good knowledge of English;
