In this role, your main missions will be to drive proactively the product lines of Air welded heat exchangers by analyzing markets' and customers' needs, supporting sales development and profitability globally, defining future solutions and product gaps in line with our strategy, guiding our R&D department to develop innovative global solutions, and promoting the product range through the sales network.

Notably, you will be in charge of key diversification projects to develop our position in new and fast-growing markets.

Job Responsibilities Become the expert on the products in the rangeAcquire strong knowledge of applications and customersBuild a vision and roadmap on defined perimeterManage the product life cycle & define the product rangeFollow up product development with the R&D team and ensure that the deliverables match the master specifications set and the customer needsDevelop and deploy efficient launch packages of new productsSupport transverse marketing activities on your perimeter (training of salesforce, acquisition, communication, etc.

)Marketing activities/Sales support to sales companies both through global initiatives and local activities on a regular basisJoint visits of customers with the sales forceMeasure and develop the customer share that we currently enjoyProfile Comfortable with both technical and marketing skills, you ideally have international experience and present a good knowledge of our business, especially within the energy and/or data centers markets.

You are creative and innovative, willing to drive new product generation on industrial applications and customers' environments.

We are looking for a person with good communication skills, open to working in a matrix organization.

Leadership, change management, and communication will be key to succeed in this role.
