Air Logistics Customer Care Manager

**YOUR ROLE **:In this role, you work closely with the National Air Business development leaders to support and execute the company's commercial strategy defined for the geographical are in scope through the coordination of the local sales force.
Oversees customer service activities and client management to support business growth.
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- P&L Management
- Implement the Customer Care strategy
- Provide leadership and direction to the Customer Care Location team
- Manage & develop the Sales team to be proactive toward the market
- Communicate regularly with Key customers to ensure ongoing excellence in service standards
- Attend customer meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews
- Monitor market trends & competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Manage and support new business implementations and project rollouts
- Allocate and manage the local customers portfolio to the team managed
- Ensure the alignment between National and local Customer Care initiatives to drive service excellence and improve customer experience
- Focused on customer satisfaction through achieving the highest level of service quality
