Air Logistics Customer Care Specialist

Your Role In this role, you work closely with the local sales force. Oversees customer service activities and client management to support business growth.
Your Responsibilities Ensure our customers' experience is a positive one - each and every time they engage with Kuehne-Nagel
Take care of documenting and investigating any deviations from the expected level of service provided
To immediately report problems, operational disputes or discrepancies to supervisors, managers, divisional managers or branch manager
Your Skills and Experiences Negotiation and customer orientation
