Your RoleIn this role, you will work closely with the local sales force, overseeing customer service activities and client management to support business growth.

Your ResponsibilitiesEnsure our customers' experience is a positive one - each and every time they engage with Kuehne-Nagel. Document and investigate any deviations from the expected level of service provided. Immediately report problems, operational disputes, or discrepancies to supervisors, managers, divisional managers, or branch manager. Your Skills and ExperiencesNegotiation and customer orientation.
