Position Summary

Job Purpose

Give the correct support to coordinate in the most efficient way with timely manner the activities, which are related to the Logistics process, the initial part of the Operation centre Management.

Role and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Support to actively promote and sustain the Logistics approach within the Business Unit ensuring the respect of corporate guidelines and the timely elaboration of the required information.

- Support Corporate Innovation manager for Logistics BPO management

- Prepare the agenda and support in coordinating Bi-Monthly Supply Chain Logistics committee

- Logistics Process review and improvement, after implementation and controlling the performances

- Performing Weekly/Monthly reports of Logistics operation KPI

- Finding daily operation issues / pre-alert to relevant teams / resolving issues for end month operation & sales maximization.

- Scenario simulation based logistics cost analysis / execute cost saving actions

- End to end logistics operation management with logistics service provider

- (Production - Export - Transportation - import - in stock - Departure - POD In shop)

- Coordinating key logistics initiative & improvement projects locally / globally driven by European HQ

- Monitor and control reverse logistics (Technical / Commercial Return, Concealed damage, Scrap and ship back)

- Checking of production plan and arrivals with related issue (i. e.

quality, damages, delays );

- Slow moving stock risk;

- Analyses on inbound/outbound

- Warehouse issue support

Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Educational Background: Master / Bachelor with a focus in Management Engineering/Economics.

- Computer Knowledge: excellent knowledge with Excel and the most common statistical and analytical tools.

- Language Knowledge: Good written English; good spoken English.

- Others: Excellent analytical skill

- Travel required: n. a.

- Ability to work effectively with others to achieve common goals

- Punctual, Work ethic, initiative, responsibility, commitment

- Problem solver, pays attention to details, accurate, handles multi-tasking, Good organizational skills
