**Job Summary

This position monitors inbound and outbound safety and compliance flight operations.

He/She communicates Contingency, Aircraft Routing, Hub, Load Planning, Staff personnel, etc.

and manage operations changes promptly with appropriate parties and areas.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all pre and post flight checks and activities are completed in compliance with operational, security and safety policies, procedures, standards and processes

- A/C Load Planning

- Departure delays coding and communication

- Reports for Staff-level managers preparation

- Contingency management

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma, GED, or International equivalent

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook

- Fluent Italian and English

- Driving license

- Available to work on AM/PM shifts on rotation: AM> Mon.

03. 00 - 07. 00 / Tue.

- Fri. 04. 00 - 08. 00; PM> Mon.

- Fri. 19. 30 - 23. 30
