We are currently looking for Airfreight Export Operations to join our team at the Vignate office.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

Manage Air Export freight processes to ensure smooth and timely workflow.

Maintain data accuracy in the operating system and use process monitors daily.

Ensure timely delivery and document submission for customs purposes.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, government regulations, and customer requirements.

Identify and implement process improvements.

Follow and update customer standard operating procedures.

Achieve KPI targets as per company standards.

Requirements: Possess strong skills in communication, customer focus, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Ability to work in a dynamic, proactive, and interactive environment.
