FunctionOperational activities - Freight Administration

Monitor and coordinate air shipments for customers, in line with (CS)SOP, GW and industry policies and procedures, in order to ensure customer satisfaction.

Anticipate shipments and proactively track shipments. Select appropriate carrier, negotiate rates with carriers, and coordinate actual shipment. Communicate with carrier to confirm shipment arrival and release. Coordinate customs clearance and delivery to customer. Execute client contact and align customer needs and services provided.
