Function Operational activities - Freight Administration

Monitor and coordinate air shipments for customers, in line with (CS)SOP, GW and industry policies and procedures, in order to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Anticipate shipments and proactively track shipments.

- Select appropriate carrier, negotiate rates with carriers, and coordinate actual shipment.

- Communicate with carrier to confirm shipment arrival and release.

- Coordinate customs clearance and delivery to customer.

- Execute client contact and align customer needs and services provided.

- Arrange gathering and hand-over of freight documents.

- Execute by arranging warehouse requirements if applicable.
