Responsibilities:Engage and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as airport authorities, handling agents, and across multiple service delivery functional areas (FAs) and client owners to ensure appropriate service levels are planned and maintained through the Arrivals and Departures phase. Coordinate integrated planning and manage the working group with Transport, Logistics, and the client-owner FAs. Represent the Organising Committee's interests in external stakeholder and project team meetings. Assist in building the Arrivals and Departures team, including recruitment, performance management, resolving problems, coaching, motivation, objective setting, and other duties related to managing a team according to the OC workforce strategy and associated policies and procedures. Ensure the Arrivals and Departures team delivers all aspects of the operation to the agreed standards and provides necessary support to all other FAs. During Games Times, act as the Airport Venue Duty Manager supporting all FAs in their operation and being the key contact onsite for airport authorities and stakeholders. Plan for Arrivals & Departure operations at Rail stations with different FAs.
