Offers refund services to tourists as well as 1st level support during refund processes, delivering a consistent and professional service in line with the current policies and procedures.
What will you do:
- Provides the tourist with full and high
- standard support during the refund transactions, customized on requirements and case.
- Support the tourists throughout the whole refund process, collaborating with the Customs authorities.
- Maintains the customer experience at a high level as an important step of the customer journey. -Communicates with the main office and other departments in matters of daily business.
- Undertakes any general administrative task as assigned by the refund manager.
Who you are:
- 3- 5 years working experience in a comparable position (finance industry)
- Experience in cash handling and relevant procedures
- Ability to work in customer
- facing roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, team player and hands on mentality
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Chinese, Russian are mostly welcomed.
