KEY RESPONSIBILITIESTelescope mechanical integrationTelescope optical alignment (mainly in Cleanroom)Electro-optical instrumentation utilization (interferometers, theodolite, CCD cameras, etc)Integration, alignment and validation of measurement set upTelescope optical data processingTest report productionREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSDegree in Physics or in Engineering, a high-school diploma can be accepted if the candidate has more than 3 years of experience in opto-mechanical systems integrationWork Experience: 1 – 3 yearsOptical fundamentalsExperience in mechanical integration of optomechanical systemsExperience in the use of instruments and standard toolsCapability in reading of mechanical drawingsStrong analytical and problem-solving attitudeGood EnglishAttitude to team working and collaboration with EngineeringPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSKnowledge of optical images processingFundamentals of interferometric measurementsExperience in optical alignment of optomechanical systemsExperience in preparation of optomechanical system measurement set upKnowledge of ZemaxADDITIONAL INFORMATIONContract: permanentLocation: Sarcedo – Vicenza ItaliaWorking time: full time, requires on-site presence onlyBenefit: Company Gym access
