We are looking for an AIT Engineer (Assembly, Integration, and Testing Engineer) to join our team and contribute to this exciting journey.
Key Responsibilities: Assembly and Integration: Plan and oversee the satellite assembly and integration process, ensuring that all parts and components are correctly assembled.
Testing: Conduct verification and validation tests to ensure the satellite's functionality and compliance with technical specifications.
Perform environmental tests (thermal, vibration, etc. )
to simulate launch and space operational conditions.
Quality Control: Verify the quality of each stage of the integration and testing process, recording and analyzing the data collected to improve the satellite's performance and safety.
Collaboration with Other Teams: Work closely with the design, engineering, and production teams to ensure all specifications are met and the satellite fulfills all mission requirements.
Resource and Tool Management: Coordinate the use of necessary resources for assembly and testing activities, including tools, materials, and equipment.
Monitor project timelines and progress.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of the assembly, integration, and testing processes, including technical reports and test results, in accordance with company standards and international regulations.
Launch Support: Provide support during the pre-launch and post-launch phases, ensuring the satellite is launch-ready and monitoring post-launch performance.
Problem Management and Non-Conformance Resolution: Identify and resolve any technical issues during the integration and testing process.
Propose timely solutions to correct any anomalies detected.
Requirements: Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
At least 2-3 years of experience in satellite assembly, integration, and testing activities or related areas, preferably in the aerospace or micro and small satellite sector.
Knowledge of testing processes and techniques for space systems.
Experience in using testing and analysis tools, with a solid understanding of laboratory equipment for satellite testing.
Excellent problem-solving skills and technical analysis capabilities to resolve complex issues during integration and testing phases.
Good knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written.
Ability to work in a team, flexibility, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Possession of a driving license (Category B).
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with integration and testing systems for small satellites.
Knowledge of simulation and modeling software for space testing.
Familiarity with quality and certification standards in the aerospace sector.
Experience with environmental testing systems, including thermal, vibration, and space vacuum tests.
