KEY RESPONSIBILITI ESDeliver exceptional service to guests, ensuring a high standard of hospitality that aligns with brand imag e. Adhere to departmental policies and procedures, including HACCP standards and sustainability practice s. Assist in managing inventory levels by promptly communicating stock shortages or needs to supervisor s. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, especially during peak hours, constantly ensuring compliance with health and safety regulation s. Ensure guest consumption is accurately recorded to maintain proper billing and inventory trackin g. Support smooth coordination with the kitchen to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders, paying special attention to dietary requirement s. Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve service skills and product knowledge.
CONNECT IONCollaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service operatio ns. Engage with the local community through events and partnerships, promoting the establishment as a valued member.

LEADING T HE WAYMaintain up-to-date knowledge of products availability and communicate this information effectively to guests.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLSPrevious experience in the F&B in dustry. Food handling certification (pref erred). Advanced English, fluency in another language is re quired. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Proactive, solution-oriented, and attentive to detail. Strong interpersonal skills with an outgoing perso nality. Respectful of different cultures and able to engage with a diverse clientele.
