KEY RESPONSIBILITI
ESDeliver exceptional service to guests, ensuring a high standard of hospitality that aligns with brand image. Adhere to departmental policies and procedures, including HACCP standards and sustainability practices. Assist in managing inventory levels by promptly communicating stock shortages or needs to supervisors. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, especially during peak hours, constantly ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Ensure guest consumption is accurately recorded to maintain proper billing and inventory tracking. Support smooth coordination with the kitchen to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders, paying special attention to dietary requirements. Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve service skills and product knowledg e.

IONCollaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service operations. Engage with the local community through events and partnerships, promoting the establishment as a valued memb er.

TIONStay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating relevant innovations into operations. Identify opportunities for improvement in service delivery and guest experien ces.

EXPERIENCE &
SKILLSPrevious experience in the F&B industry. Food handling certification (preferred). Advanced English, fluency in another language is required. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Proactive, solution-oriented, and attentive to detail. Strong interpersonal skills with an outgoing personality. Respectful of different cultures and able to engage with a diverse cli entele.
