BRS offers clients customized solutions powered by Aladdin, BlackRock's proprietary risk management system.

What team will you be on?

The Aladdin Wealth Tech team within BRS leverage the same risk analytics used by Institutional investors to equip wealth management clients with model construction capabilities, risk monitoring tools, and portfolio construction & analytics.

AWT partners with clients to help them lead all aspects of their enterprise risk, building better portfolios, improving their value proposition, and institutionalizing their investment process.

Why is your role important?

What will you be doing?

- Play an integral role in running the client relationships, including responding to client inquiries and partnering to continue to improve the service provided

- Develop positive relationships with all groups within BlackRock Solutions and BlackRock to ensure an excellent client experience and convey client requirements to product teams as vital

- Assist in the day-to-day project management of client implementations and client ongoing engagements, including updating project plans, documenting user requirements and handling action items

- Build and deliver technical analyses to help clients better understand Aladdin models and how our offering can be applied their business problems

- Contribute to the build-out of product capabilities, functioning as the internal representative for clients by driving alignment between the Aladdin Wealth offering and client needs

- Work with product managers, engineers, and researchers to help craft the product offering and support the development of core Aladdin models and risk systems

- Help lead conversations with clients to understand their business problems, then design and deliver solutions

- Participate in the day-to-day of client implementations and ongoing client engagements, constructing and configuring the processes that generate Aladdin analytics for our clients

- Engage clients on how best to integrate with the Aladdin platform during implementations, providing technical consulting on client data requirements and how to use our APIs and data extracts to source the analytics that Aladdin produces

What are we looking for?

- Education: undergraduate degree in a business or technical field

- Technical: broad technical and/or financial services training

- Strong project management and coordination skills

- Strong problem solving/analytical thinking

- Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts simply and clearly to clients

- Mandatory languages: fluent / mother tongue Italian and English.

German and Spanish appreciated

- Strong digital literacy and a curiosity about learning new systems

- Enjoys a fast-paced, high-intensity environment; able to balance multiple priorities

Our hybrid work model
