Key Responsibilities 1.
Seller & Brand Identification and Recruitment - Analyze platform strategy and user insights to identify the most suitable sellers and brands across diverse categories.
- Develop tailored pitches and value propositions to attract identified sellers/brands, emphasizing the advantages of joining the platform.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, onboarding processes, and operational terms with sellers and brands.

Account Management & Growth - Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, building strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Drive sales growth and optimize the performance of sellers and brands by analyzing performance metrics and implementing tailored strategies.
- Provide ongoing support to sellers and brands, resolving issues and offering solutions to improve their operations.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and best practices.
3.
Strategy & Collaboration - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, customer support) to ensure seamless seller/brand integration and performance.
- Identify market trends and provide feedback to internal teams for improving platform features and services.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance the overall seller/brand experience and platform competitiveness.

Reporting & Insights - Monitor, analyze, and report on seller/brand performance metrics (e. g. , sales, customer satisfaction, delivery times).
- Prepare periodic reports and updates for senior management on recruitment progress and account operations.
**Position Requirement
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in e-commerce or related industries.
- Proven track record in identifying and building relationships with sellers/brands.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and marketplace operations.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of market trends and seller/brand requirements in e-commerce.
