ResponsibilitiesSGSS has been present in Italy since September 2006 through a dedicated Italian Bank, SGSS S. p. A. , one of the main players in the Securities Services' industry that covers all SGSS businesses for its two segments of clients: Financial Institutions & Brokers and Asset Managers & Insurance.

Thanks to over 500 employees based in Milan and Turin, SGSS S. p. A. ensures a daily support to over 300 clients.

Our clients are institutional investors (insurance companies and pension funds), asset managers, financial intermediaries (brokers, investments companies).

This is a fixed-term position lasting 12 months.

Desired start date: as soon as possible

Tasks and responsibilities: Be responsible for performing all Depositary Bank oversight duties on client portfolio (Alternative Investment Funds) assigned, in accordance with applicable regulation and internal policies. Build strong customer relationships with existing and new clients and external providers to gain accuracy in NAV verification, monitoring investment restrictions and participants management. Collect and review relevant documents and ensure ownership chain, giving regular feedback and escalating without delay issues and risks identified. Be involved in setting up new funds in the internal control environment in accordance with Risk approved Model applied by Depositary Bank.
