We are looking for ALUMNI AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT INTERN SDA Bocconi School of Management is seeking a highly motivated Alumni Intern and Career Development Intern to support the Alumni Engagement Office and Career Development Center.
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the organization and management of high-profile institutional and networking events, as well as career development initiatives for students and alumni.
The intern will play a key role in ensuring the smooth planning, execution, and follow-up of activities, contributing to the overall excellence of the School's services.
RESPONSABILITIES Event Organization and Support : Assist in the planning, logistics, communication, and delivery of institutional and networking events such as MBA and Executive MBA Reunions, Career Cafés, and Club Activities.
Customer Care : Provide on-site support during events, ensuring seamless participant experience and addressing inquiries.
Operational Tasks : Manage schedules, coordinate with marketing for promotional materials, and book event spaces.
Oversee IT and networking platforms for streaming or online interactions.
Handle logistics, catering arrangements, and materials for events.
Assist in organizing Career Cafés by managing company invitations, agendas, and catering logistics.
Post job offers and events on platforms such as Symplicity, monitor applications, and extract KPIs.
Provide follow-up communication with employers after business trips and events.
Data and Analytics : Extract and analyze data/KPIs related to events and career development activities Support the creation of professional reports and presentations to communicate data insights effectively.
REQUIREMENTS University degree.
At least 3 months of experience in organizational activities (back-office and front-office), ideally in an international context.
Preferred sectors: education, luxury, consulting, or public relations.
Minimum 6 months of proven experience abroad (study, work, or other).
Strong written and oral communication skills in Italian and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with a proactive and energetic approach to problem-solving.
Ability to perform effectively under time pressure.
Flexibility to occasionally work on Friday evenings and Saturday mornings.
We offer Internship allowance of € 1, 000 gross per month , company PC and telephone, access to the SDA Bocconi training course platform.
Place of work: SDA Bocconi, via Sarfatti, 10 – 20136 MILAN.
