Own Amazon Fresh traffic strategy for Ultra-Fast Grocery
- Manage campaign execution whileachieving key performance metric goals
- Create and analyze performance metrics and make business decisions about future direction based on performance
- Evangelize program initiatives internally and externally to build awareness and drive participation
- Partner with Product and CX technical and business teams to build supporting automation and to launch new featuresBasic qualificationsFor this position we expect:
- +5 years of professional experience in marketing ideally within a FMCG environment
- Strong project management skills
- Very high customer orientation
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for metrics and figures, and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture (Excel proficiency)
- Fluent in English and Italian.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence
- Ability to partnering with diverse teams in different organizations
- Demonstrated experience using marketing metrics to drive business decisions
- Demonstrated experience owning multi-channel marketing programs end-to-endPreferred qualification - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- High comfort level with current marketing measurement practices and attribution methods in online and offline channels
- Post-graduate education / Masters level qualification
