Support on designing and delivering against the Joint Business Plan by leveraging on his/her deep understanding of discoverability and buyability factors, audience and product category, ongoing competitive intelligence and Delonghi Group performance analysis;-Advise and support the Head of Amazon Pan-Europe & MEIA Account and Local Markets to secure a best in class planning and execution of -Commercial Calendars and supporting Marketing Services in compliance with Group Price & Commercial policies and local product portfolio and channel strategy;-Assess and design the most suitable governance and operating model (tools, agencies, internal capabilities, workflows, ) to secure an effective line of collaboration with Local Markets and others HQ functions in relation to:

ARA Basic vs. PremiumFreemium Solution (ie Xsellco, Jungle Scout, Solar. . . )Amazon partner agencies (ie Factor A, Witailer, Xingu, Sold Out, . . . )DLG custom development-Collects articles, metrics, results and best cases to shares among the local teams the appropriate strategic recommendations;-Runs regular meetings & trainings with local team sto ensure Amazon knowledge essential to their job functions is a part of their skill set;-Creates appropriate feedback loops and communication channels among HQ and local teams to ensure amazon opportunities, competitive strategies/campaigns, data and learnings sharings.

Job Profile -Degree in Economics / Marketing or similar;-Knowledge of Marketing and Web Marketing strategies and techniques;-Project management and time management skills;-Good analytics skills;-Good interpersonal skills to work in a team and interface with all levels of corporate functions;-IT tools (excellent knowledge of Excel);-Fluent knowledge of English-Proven track records of the last two years within Amazon Vendor Central System
