What you'll do:

- You will join the team of Risk & Compliance and in particular in the Unit Anti-Financial Crime & Risk management reporting directly to Anti-Financial Crime & Risk management Senior Manager;- You will have the opportunity to be involved in the identification and assessment, through gap analyses, of new AML/CFT requirements and best practices, and their impact on the Group, contributing to the evolution of the internal control system.

In particular you will be tasked with: Constantly assessing, monitoring and improving the adequacy and effectiveness of the AML risk framework; Developing and updating Group Policies and Procedures; Ensuring advisory activities for financial crimes topics; Providing support to Group projects by defining requirements and reviewing the adequacy of the control framework for financial crime risks' prevention; Conducting risk assessments prior to the launch of new products, services or technologies; Preparing presentations and non-binding opinions to Business Functions or any other relevant Stakeholders; Cooperating in designing the AML training content; Reporting analysis results and promply communicating any identified issues, risks and recommendations; Supporting the preparation of regular or ad hoc reporting towards the Board, Corporate Committees and other relevant Functions tailoring the document and the details provided on the basis of the audience.

Who you are:

- You have at least 8 years of experience in leading consultancy or law firms, gathered in AFC/AML Teams;- You have a degree in Economics, Law, Political Sciences;- You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);- You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written;- You are proactive, analytical, innovative and show accuracy and attention to detail;- You know to work autonomously in a rapidly changing, result-driven and complex international environment and you have strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferrably, you also have:

- Previous experience in the gaming industry.
