HAs, batteries, cleaning products) as well as coordinates the cleansing and preparation phase of Master Data incountries that are involved in the transformation towards new Oracle ERP and Salesforce front-end, leveraging on Oracle Master Data tool that is called Product Hub, ensuring excellent data quality at the go-live. He/she will be involved in global projects of Master Data improvement with the aim to obtain 100% effectiveness and a significant increase in efficiency, thanks to the elimination of redundant information and the re-engineering of the process allowing for a centralized governance. He/she will be also in contact with the local/regional Product Hub owners to assure the implementation of global projects. In his/her role he/she will be in contact with Global Product Development, Supply Chain and Transformation, the HA manufacturers as well as with the Customer Offering managers and Product Hub owners of the countries, local actors of the transformation processes.
He/she will contribute to the definition of the global guidelines in terms of Master Data management. What you'll needMaster Degree in Economics / EngineeringAt least 5/7 years of Procurement/Supply Chain/IT experience in multicultural and complex environments. Experience in CE / FMGC companies and indirect procurement categories will be a plusAdvanced analytical skills required to perform data analyses in support of sourcing strategy developmentNegotiation and relationship management experienceGood English, both spoken and written.
Spanish will be a plusStrong knowledge of Office Suite, Oracle will be a plusKnowledge of one programming language, preferably, among SQL, Python, RGood communication and team skillsWell organized and able to work under pressure
