For the Olfood plant, located in Borgo San Giacomo (BS), we are seeking a LABORATORY ANALYST to enhance our quality control laboratory.

The candidate will report directly to the laboratory manager and, after an adequate training period, will have the following responsibilities:

Laboratory Analysis: Perform sampling, chemical and physical analyses on products to ensure compliance with quality standards; Production Process Monitoring: Collaborate with the production team to ensure compliance with technical specifications and food safety regulations; Documentation Control: Keep documentation related to production processes and laboratory analyses up to date; Non-Conformity Management: Investigate non-conformities identified during laboratory analyses and implement corrective actions; Maintenance of Equipment: Maintain the equipment used, which will include GC, HPLC, NMR, NIR, and chemical-physical analysis.

Requirements: Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field; Experience from thesis or internships related to chemical analysis in food production contexts; Knowledge of food safety regulations; Analytical skills and attention to detail; Able to work in a dynamic and multitasking environment.
