Who we are looking for? We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Real Estate Valuation Analyst to join our valuation team.

The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in financial modelling, data analysis, and programming to support and enhance our in-house valuation processes.

This role is pivotal in streamlining workflows, providing data-driven insights, and ensuring efficiency and accuracy in the valuation of real estate assets and portfolios.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with local valuation experts and benefit from the support of our pan-European valuation data and technology network.

The ideal joiner is a strong team player with excellent communication skills and:

1-2 years of experience in a similar role;Advanced analytical capabilities, both quantitative and qualitative;High attention to detail and ability to manage complex tasks;Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken);Proficient in Microsoft Excel and expert in financial modelling, data cleaning, and analysis;Knowledge of a scripting language, preferably VBA or Python;Experience in handling large datasets and working with structured data systems. What you will be responsible for? Maintain, enhance, and develop solutions for real estate valuation processes and tools;Ensure consistent and accurate data exchange between applications and databases;Structure, clean, and import client data to ensure readiness for analysis and modelling;Act as the central contact for data management, analysis, and workflow improvement queries;Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new tools and improve operational efficiency. What other skills are essential to fulfil this role 100%? Educational background in Economics, Information Technology, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields;Previous experience in finance, real estate, or data analytics;Familiarity with database design and administration (e. g. , SQL);Experience using business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau;Knowledge of valuation methodologies, in particular the discounted cash flow (DCF) approach.
