Role & Responsibilities

The new resource will join the Research team as Analyst and will develop, supported by the entire team of 14

professionals, the coverage of listed small caps.

In particular, he/she will:

Conduct fundamental research and analysis on Italian small caps, based on appropriate valuation models

Draw periodical reports on the listed stocks under coverage and on the relevant sectors, addressed to both the

internal Sales &Trading Room and external Institutional Clients

**Draw research reports on individual stocks**: based on ideas generation, the Analyst will suggest trading ideas,

prepare comments for the top management, as well as a stand-alone research product

Stay abreast of, maintain pro-active views & communicate conclusions/recommendations

Support the Trading room in their daily working process

Participate to periodical meetings with both Trading Room and the Clients, in partnership with Sales

**Requirements**:

University Degree in Economics/ Finance

Fluent professional English, both speaking and writing represent a must

Minimum 2-3 years' professional experience gained as Buy-side or Sell-side analysts in Italian or International

institutions

Excellent analytical skills combined with autonomy and independent thinking are crucial

Natural inclination towards a team-based and collaborative environment, demonstrating a proactive attitude in

order to positively cooperate with colleagues

Ability to prioritize and work with multi-tasking, fast paced attitude as well as a natural team-oriented inclination

Detail-oriented, a strong communicator, with good organisational skills and excellent interpersonal attitude

Microsoft Office / Excel knowledge and Bloomberg (for financial modelling, forecasting, data analysis and

charting)
