Who we are looking for:

The main purpose of the Analyst is to collect, collate and analyze various and several internal and external composite data and documents related to the activity, even creating new tools and supporting the National Sales Confidenziale identifying and prioritizing improvements and growth opportunities at National and Dealer levels.

Duties and responsibilities:

Propose implementations of new tools of analysis; Identify and collate key data from both internal and external sources; Analyze the data and identifying key opportunities for fleet sales growth at National and Dealer levels; Collect and provide market intelligence and analysis to assist formulation of current and future fleet sales marketing strategy; Perform replacement rate analysis; Carry out analysis and reports about how the activities carried out are improving; Check the status of the marketing campaigns; Collect data and information received from the field force; Prepare supporting materials and attend regular program meeting; Provide market information, results and trend analysis.

Requirements:

Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics; High level of literacy, especially Office and extools including pivot tables; Good knowledge of English, spoken and written; Interpersonal skills; Ability to propose analytical solutions; Initiative; Problem solving/Analytical thinking and approach; Experience in using BI tools and data mining is considered a plus.
