Then we might be looking for you!Purpose Of The PositionSupport the parts sales team and Parts ManagersCollect, collate and analyze various internal and external composite dataIdentify and prioritize parts sales growth opportunities at National & Dealer levels. DutiesIdentification and collation of key data from both internal and external sourcesAnalysis of data, identifying key opportunities for parts sales growth at both National and Dealer levels. Collect and provide market intelligence and analysis to assist formulation of current and future parts sales marketing strategyOngoing analysis and reporting from all programme channels and activitiesFocus at all times to achieve nationally set KPI and €'s growth objectivesAssist in the building of MSX programme tools, ensuring ongoing correct usage and fit for purposeDirect communications link between programme activity and client managementAttend and contribute to regular programme meetingsEnsure effective communication and feedback with all parts (MSXI – MSX Italy team – BMW)Ensure timely and accurate reporting as per programme requirementsAttend other meetings as required, providing results, feedback and market intelligenceResponsibilityCooperate and collaborate (Team working and team building)Training for new analysts (training on the job)Inform the Sales Reps, Parts Manager, Project Coordinator and Project Manager about the critical situationsKnowledge, Skills And Competencies RequiredInterpersonal skillsInitiativeResults orientationFlexibilityPlanning and organizingHigh adaptabilityTime pressures & changing prioritiesAnalytic approachTeam working abilityProactive approachHigh level of literacy and numeracyHigh level of computer literacy, especially MS Excel and MS AccessAbility to design and deliver Microsoft Word and PowerPoint presentationsQualificationsDegree in engineering, economics, business administration, or statistics.
