Position Summary As Hex Trust is growing rapidly and constantly enhancing our products and services, we are looking to add a detail-oriented and organised individual to our Client Operations team to help ensure the quality and consistency of our procedures. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients by managing daily operations and ensuring a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities Manage client inquiries and requests timely and efficiently

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly

Maintain accurate client records and databases (Hubspot / Jira)

Assist with onboarding new clients

Provide administrative support as needed

Assist the Client Management team with daily/weekly/monthly activities as needed

Help the team to identify and drive ways to continuously improve upon production processes as you work with the various functions both internally and externally.
