Responsibilities**:

- work as part of a team across a wide range of energy and sustainability engagements

- gather, interpret, and use techno-economic data to develop evidence-based recommendations

- conduct research and prepare client reports

- participate to client meetings and present the analysis to a wide range of audiences

- contribute to AFRY thought leadership and to the firm's growth

- Support senior colleagues in pitch and proposal preparation

**Profile**:

- You are highly motivated and passionate about the energy transition and sustainability

- You are educated to MSc level in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics or Economics with distinction ( 105/110 or equivalent)

- You have less 1-3 years of experience (for the consultant role), preferably in energy consulting or industry

- You are detail-oriented and have an analytical mind and the ability to convey complex information in a clear and effective way

- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills

- You are proficient in both Italian and English language

- You will be operating in a commercial environment against budgets and deadlines so you will need to be a motivated self-starter, who is pro-active and has a business-oriented mind-set

- Virtually all the work we do requires teamwork, within projects, offices and internationally.
