We propose the following jobs for our Office in Milan: Analyst Consultant Senior Consultant What you will do: Support client leaders and other team members in complex projects management mainly at the operative level; Work together with EFESO and Client team to reach project targets and customer satisfaction; Carry out analyses and executive documents to support projects' delivery Requirements: Education Level: At least Master's degree in Business Administration or Engineering (please clearly state the numerical grade received) Experience: Analyst: no previous experience is required, though past internships or jobs can be considered a plus Consultant: from 1 to 3 years of experience, best if in management consulting or in operations related topics (manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, R&D …) Senior Consultant : from 3 to 5 years of experience, best if in management consulting or in operations related topics (manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, R&D …) Basic skills: Basics of Economics & Financials, Lean & Operational Excellence methodologies (e. g.

six sigma, VSM, …) IT skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package, proficiency in advanced analytics tools (e. g.

Office Power BI, Tableau).
