Analyst II Software Engineering Job Description: Essential Job Functions: Contribute to software development projects by writing, testing, and debugging code, under the guidance of senior team members.
Collaborate with the team to meet project objectives, actively participating in code reviews and design discussions.
Assist in the documentation of software requirements and specifications, striving for clear and effective communication.
Participate in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, seeking guidance and mentorship.
Learn and adapt to software development practices and methodologies, actively participating in training programs.
Contribute to the implementation of best practices and emerging technologies.
Collaborate with team members to enhance your understanding of software architecture and design.
Contribute to the team's knowledge sharing and learning environment.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i. e. , Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Relevant experience, typically 1+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies.
Basic coding and debugging skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Strong problem-solving mindset.
Willingness to learn and adapt to the field.
Other Qualifications: • Advanced degree in a related field is a plus.
• Relevant certifications or training a plus.
