Analyst II Software EngineeringJob Description: Essential Job Functions:

• Participate in software development projects by writing, testing, and debugging code, under the guidance of more experienced team members.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve project objectives and meet deadlines.

• Contribute to the documentation of software requirements and specifications.

• Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, seeking guidance from senior team members.

• Support the implementation of emerging technologies and best practices.

• Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills.

• Contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

• Actively learn from and assist more experienced team members.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i. e. , Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Relevant experience, typically 2+ years of relevant software engineering experience.

• Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies.

• Basic understanding of coding and debugging.

• Willingness to learn and grow in the field.

• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Other Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in a related field is a plus.

• Relevant certifications or training a plus.
