We are currently looking for an **Analyst **to join our team based in **Milan **that will be involved in development and delivery of multiple** s**trategy **and **management** **consulting projects **with Pharma clients.

Projects are **highly analytical** in nature leveraging the IQVIA information assets and cover a broad spectrum including _Commercial Model Optimization_, _Post Merger Integration_, _Portfolio Strategy_, _Multichannel Marketing Strategy_, _Advanced Forecast Models_ etc.

).

**Main Responsibilities

- Conducting desk research to a specific brief using **internal and external sources

- Performing quantitative analyses to aid development of recommendations

- Contributing to the preparation, execution and follow up of client workshops

- Taking direct responsibility for creating sections of reports, presentations and other client deliverables

- Proactively developing knowledge of the healthcare industry and IQVIA proprietary data sources

**Desired Qualifications and Experience

- MSc degree preferably in **Economics **or **Engineering **with strong record of academic achievement

- 1/2 year consulting work experience with a management consulting firm

**Personal & Technical Skills

- Ability to analyze complex data, draw conclusions and succinctly summarize recommendations

- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills: strong skills in working with **Excel spreadsheets **and creating presentations with **Power Point**:

- Proficiency both in **English **and **Italian**:

- Strong communication, **analytical **and **problem solving skills**:

- An interest in and desire to learn about the constantly evolving healthcare industry

- Good planning, time-management and organisational skills

- Ability to work on a team

Location: Milan
