**Posizione**:

Digital Diversity Week supports Prelios in its search for profiles belonging to the Protected Categories (L. 68/99) to be placed as Analyst Portfolio NPE.

The intern will be involved in the following **activities**:

- Support the analysis on assigned UTP portfolio: define object, monitoring the performances, risk/opportunities analysis;

- Communicate and elaborate data-report for other business function (e. g.

risk management, master servicer, administration)

- Participate to Roll Out discussions and elaborate final reports;

- Participate to periodic meetings with Loan Managers to maximize the performances: variance on analysis current portfolio performance compared to initial business plan, manage risk of termination / deferability, data quality, elaborate alternative strategy.

**Tasks

Main areas of activities are:

- Real Estate NPL, NPE portfolio underwriting, knowledge of securitization processes;

- Italian bankruptcy law framework, combined with and ability to analyze, understand different assets classes;

- Support in the design and launch of strategic initiatives.

**Requisiti**:

Prelios is looking for individuals who are passionate about NPLs, Real Estate and structured finance, have strong problem

**Qualifications**:

- Preferable 6 months - maximum 1 year of experience in commercial banks, NPL servicing, Restructuring division in Consulting firms, Private Equity Firms;

- He/She has excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills and a direct network of agents in order to promote the assets under management;

- He/She has previous experience in Real Estate NPL, NPE portfolio underwriting, knowledge of securitization process;

- The knowledge of the Italian bankruptcy law framework combined with and ability to analyze, understand different assets classes (Industrial, commercial, retail etc. )
