- We are looking for Graduates interested in starting a career in insurance-brokerage and risk-management market to join the Procurement department based in our Milan office. _
- As part of our Procurement team, you will play an active role in identifying improvement initiatives, designing them, conducting analyses, and synthesizing conclusions into recommendations with the ambition to innovate in a sustainable way and help company bring a tangible value to its stakeholders. _

- We will count on you to:_
- After an initial training period_, _ you will be involved directly or supporting senior team members in activities like:_
- _ Analyze market trends, help to identify valuable initiatives and source the best suppliers_
- _ Support in conducting benchmark and Request for Quotation, commercial and contractual negotiations with vendors in liaison with all relevant stakeholders _
- _Involved in the design of targets, KPIs and measurements to ensure changes are sustained and measured _
- _Evaluating saving gained during the negotiation _
- _Embed new way of working and promote excellence based on company needs, developing tools to gain efficiency and raise maturity of Procurement. _
- _ Support the processing of purchase orders based on company requests and in compliance with current policies_

- What you need to have:_
- _ University Degree, preferably in Economics (Management, Finance, Risk Management, etc.
), Law, Management Engineering, Statistics, International Relations, Political, Social and Organizational Science, achieved within the last 12 months or close to obtaining and a brilliant academic path;_
- _ Fluency in English and, preferably, in a second language;_
- _ Consolidated advanced skills in using the main IT-tools (especially Microsoft Office Package, Excel and Powerpoint). _
