Furthermore, as a member of the Risk Management team broadly in Europe and in International, you will work closely with risk colleagues across the globe to learn and deploy best practices from other regions.
You will implement risk-driven strategies to profitably grow billed business, reduce unnecessary point of sale disruptions, and improve customer experience in close collaboration with central Risk teams that develop state of art decision science tools and risk capabilities.
This is both an exciting and rewarding role that offers a great opportunity to gain experience across the risk life cycle and to interact with a wide range of business partners across levels within the organization.
**Your Key Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain periodic automated credit risk analysis on acquisition and customer management
- Identify new and innovative data points and sources to enhance our models and strategies, then support the integration of the new data in our systems
- Support and align on new product launches in the Italian market working closely with the different business partners and central risk functions
- Monitor collections strategies and recommend enhancements, in line with legal and regulatory requirements
- Responsible for the credit risk delinquency and loss forecast and provide analytically driven contribution in the credit risk reserve forecasting and monitoring processes
- Present to the senior leadership, providing valuable and actionable credit risk insights
- Be creative when it comes to ad hoc analysis and their solutions
- Bachelor's Degree in economics, finance, mathematics, statistics, engineering
- Minimum Experience Requirement: 2 years of relevant experience in any of these fields Credit Risk, Modelling, Consulting, Data and Analytics
- Technical Skills: Proficient in English, SAS, Phyton and VBA.
Strong understanding of Credit Risk Modelling (preferred if Machine Learning).
First knowledge of credit bureaus.
Demonstrable ability to manage complex and multi-disciplinary projects
