Role OverviewDelphos is seeking a highly motivated Analyst to join our team, supporting our Structured Notes initiatives.
The Analyst will play a key role in structuring, analyzing, and executing financial instruments that enhance liquidity and investment potential for our clients.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, global environment where you will engage with investors, financial institutions, and private sector players in emerging markets. Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Analysis & Structuring: Support the development and execution of structured note programs. Market & Investor Research: Conduct market research to identify investment opportunities and institutional investor interest in structured products. Transaction Support: Assist in the preparation of offering documents, investor presentations, and transaction execution. Financial Modelling: Develop and maintain financial models to assess pricing, returns, and risk exposure of structured notes. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal teams, institutional investors, credit rating agencies, and legal advisors to ensure seamless transaction execution. RequirementsExcellent command of English; fluency in Italian and/or other languages is considered a plus. First-class academic credentials. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in financial advisory, structured finance, private credit, investment banking, or debt capital markets. Strong financial modelling and quantitative analysis skills. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills for investor presentations and reports.
