Key responsibilities for this role include:

- Conduct analytical projects, within the approved research programs, to characterize and investigate raw materials and products of Parapharmaceutical area

- Manage the planning and registration of assigned tests, according to the GPPS department requests and given priorities

- Verify and monitor laboratory operations checking material availability, equipment functionality and adequate service support

- Conduct analytical and statistical data evaluations, according to GPPS department requests, within the approved research programs

- Perform stability study on medical devices, food supplements and cosmetics

- Develop analytical methods to analyze raw materials and R&D products

- Perform method validation and promote improvements on analytical methods

- Collaborate with quality assurance on the writing of operational instructions regarding the analytical laboratory

- Support R&D formulation department to develop new products

- Manage orders for materials and services.

Maintain and ensure proper functioning of laboratories equipment

- Collaborate with external laboratories, review analysis performed by third parties and manage relative analytical projects and data evaluation.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in the Scientific Field and +3 years of experience in analytical method development in analytical or Research laboratory.

However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration

- Knowledge of the following techniques: HPLC-MS, GC-MS, GC-FID, HPLC-DAD, and FT-IR

- Knowledge of High resolution mass spectrometer technique (HR-MS) and relative data evaluation is a preferential requirement.

- Strong Analytical Skills

- Great relationship and communication capabilities

- Must possess following skills: accuracy; planning and organization; result orientation; problem solving; autonomy

- Good knowledge of Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)

- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English and Italian is required
