About this role As part of our Data Science & Analytics team, you will play a key role in supporting data-driven decisions that enhance our food, grocery, and retail delivery services across Italy. You'll work closely with various teams to help us understand and solve complex business challenges, from optimizing logistics to improving customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your technical and analytical skills in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Location: Hybrid- 3 days a week from our Milan office & 2 days working from home Reporting to: Manager - Data, BI & Analytics Generalists & Leadership These are some of the key ingredients to the role: Design and implement data pipelines & models to support business initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business problems and propose analytical solutions. Analyze and interpret complex datasets to uncover actionable insights, optimizing various aspects of the business. Build and maintain dashboards (Tableau/Looker) to communicate findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders. Improve data quality by auditing pipelines, troubleshooting anomalies, and enforcing data governance. What will you bring to the table? Curiosity and problem-solving skills to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions. Knowledge of SQL, Python (pandas, numpy, sklearn), and basic knowledge of cloud services (e. g. , AWS, BigQuery) and DBT. Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets and applying statistical or machine learning techniques. Ability to communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. A proactive, results-driven attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
