About you and this role

**Responsibilities**:

- Performs routine analyses and collects samples as per the Sample Plan.

- Prepares basic calibration standards and conducts basic calibration and preventative maintenance of analytical systems.

- Monitors analytical systems, identifies problems, conducts initial troubleshooting, and escalates issues as necessary.

- Documents communicates, and archives analytical results and calibration data.

- Adheres to EH&S and operating discipline management system (ODMS) procedures for work tasks.

- Suggests improvements to lab work processes and tools.

- Escalates non-routine requests to the appropriate team member for follow-up.

**Qualifications**:

- Completion of Vocational Education or Upper Secondary Education (i. e.

High School Diploma) plus laboratory, manufacturing or other related experience.

- Post Upper Secondary Education coursework in chemistry or related coursework.

- Good level of english

- Experience in analytical test
