In Analytics & Insights (A&I), we use our boundless curiosity to discover what consumers want, why they want it, and how we can influence them through immersive exploration and big data analytics. We uncover unexpected insights and innovate the way P&G runs business.

As an intern in Analytics and Insights, you will: Act as a business strategy consultant, guiding decisions of P&G Top management in several business domains (consumer, customer, digital, etc. ); Be part of a multi-functional business team, working closely with Marketing, Finance, Sales, R&D, and others, constantly exploring new opportunities for business growth; Combine analytical expertise and deep consumer understanding to anticipate opportunities and answer critical business questions; Grow your skills continuously, improving your mastery in big data analytics, as well as immersive in-depth research. You will have the opportunity to explore new ways to learn and connect with internal and external guides worldwide. How to apply: Just apply online via clicking the button below; Attach your CV in English; Attach any documents you consider relevant: motivation letter, recommendations, certificates, etc. Job Qualifications What we are looking for: Master students or recent graduates with strong analytical skills and integrative thinking; Proven leadership and teamwork skills, with a "can-do" approach and an unusual skew to innovate; Boundless curiosity and the passion to generate results; Data analytics background represents a plus; Have creativity, innovation, initiative, and follow-through with your goals, along with strong written and verbal communication skills; Are fluent in Italian and have an excellent ability to communicate in English; Are available for a minimum of 3 months, preferably 6 months internship.
