As a Partner Enablement Manager for Google Automotive Services, you will help Google shape the future of in-car digital experiences.
Android Auto seeks to enable a safe and seamless connected experience for every driver by thoughtfully integrating their digital worlds into the in-car environment.
Android is becoming the automotive platform of choice for in-vehicle infotainment, with car makers across the industry building their future in-car experience on Android.
You will play a critical role in enabling these car makers by ensuring their sales and customer service teams are well prepared to support the product.
You will accomplish this by developing strong relationships with executive level partner stakeholders and delivering product training, managing support escalations, providing regular consultation, and monitoring top customer issues and support metrics.
You will also collaborate internally with cross-functional teams to surface issues and drive product excellence.

**Responsibilities**:
- Cultivate robust relationships with sales and support leads across strategic Android carriers, OEMs, and retailers.
- Share initiatives that improve partners' knowledge and perception of Android, leading to increased business, and better customer support.
- Support the creation and distribution of high-quality product training customized to the needs of the market.
- Collect feedback from partners about Google's product and business strategy and present insights to internal cross-functional teams.
- Measure the impact of enablement initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
