**Job Summary**:
We are looking for Animal Care Taker on a permanent contract, to work at a client facility in Grenoble (38).
You will join a team of 4 people, and work in interface with the research teams.
Your main missions will be as follows:
**Zootechnics (rodents)
- Observation, control of the condition of animals
- Watering and feeding of animals
- Change of places of accommodation of animals
- Preparation of animal shipments as part of user
requests - In the context of health controls, collection and identification of samples (faeces, live animal), preparation of shipments - Animal tracking operations
- using the tools available on site- Verification of animals on arrival and departure: sanitary condition, integrity of transport boxes, adequacy of purchase order-delivery note, registration
**Activity monitoring and animal welfare
- Updating of data and recording of working documents: labelling, entry, and transmission to the various users by electronic
means - Monitoring of regulatory registers of entry/exit of animals (software or paper)- Reporting to the SBEA of the site of any situation impacting or likely to impact the welfare of animals
- Monitoring of the database for the accounting monitoring of cages
- Traceability on quality documents relating to the tasks performed
**Maintenance and equipment
- Reading and verification of environmental parameters (hygrometry, temperature, pressure, etc.
)
- Identification, registration and information of the person in charge on anomalies/malfunctions in the building with information to the Operational Manager of the pet store
- Waste management, storage in the appropriate containers, evacuation to the building's deposit areas.
- Coordination with the laundry area to manage daily flows of clean equipment, dirty equipment and waste to be autoclaved.
- Emptying of autoclaves on the zone side and storage of clean equipment.
- Cleaning of the premises
- Level 1 maintenance of the pet store's equipment (e. g.
change of the pre-filters of the racks, dust removal, maintenance of the hoods)
- Management and monitoring of stocks, transmission of order needs to the person in charge of the pet store
**Contractual information
- Remuneration over 14 months (23K €) + Transport allowances + Profit-sharing + Participation + Coverage of the mutual insurance at 60% + Seniority + Restaurant Ticket + CE
- Work on a basis of 35 hours per week.
Work on weekdays, Monday to Friday.
Participation in weekends and public holidays

**Job Qualifications**:
- Animal keeper (by training or experience), you are comfortable with animals and have animal welfare at heart.
- You are rigorous, assiduous, autonomous
- You master the rules of hygiene and cleaning
- You are comfortable with computer tools (Excel, Office, pet store software. . . ).
