Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to identify and analyze their business challenges and opportunities.

Develop and present strategic recommendations based on research and analysis.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of results.

Mentor and guide junior consultants, providing feedback and support in their development.

Conduct market research to support client projects and inform decision-making.

Facilitate workshops and meetings with clients to drive engagement and gather insights.

Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or risks that arise to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience in management consulting or a relevant industry role for at least 3 years.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering results.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex ideas clearly.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
