PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: The resource will work in the Compliance Function which is responsible to guarantee Company's compliance with applicable regulations with particular focus on Anti-Corruption and for the following activities:ACTIVITIES:Lead reputational due diligence of third parties (partners, suppliers, Clients, etc). Provide specialist advice and assistance to the Company and its subsidiaries on Anti-Corruption clauses;exercise the functions of Anti-Corruption Support Unit in accordance with the relevant corporate procedures;ensure the development and availability of appropriate professional skills and contribute in the definition and management of the Company and its subsidiaries policies, with references to subjects in its remit;ensure the evaluation of results achieved by the control activities carried out by the relevant;company functions/departments, contributing to address possible structural corrective measures;provide specialist advice and assistance to the Company and its subsidiaries on sanction compliance and export mattersCoordinate the development, application and monitoring of the organizational, management and Control Model foreseen by Italian Legislative Decree 231;Contribute to periodical risk assessments and monitoring of the action plan;Contribute to audit certification processes (e. g.
