Amazon Finance Operations department is looking for a detail-oriented and articulate Accounts Payable Financial Analyst.

This role will be based in Tokyo, Japan, and holds significant responsibilities within the Accounts Payable Financial Operations Team.

The primary focus is on ensuring timely payments to critical vendors, encompassing various related activities such as receiving, scanning & filling paper invoices, processing invoices, and communicating with both internal stakeholders and external vendors to achieve this mission.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree with a major in Accounting.

Fluent in both Japanese and English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

Desirable familiarity with Oracle Financials or other Finance ERP tools.

Proficient in desktop applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel (or equivalent).

Essential strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong analytical skills including the ability to deep dive while also seeing and understand the big picture.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 2+ years of finance operations/shared services, accounts payable, account receivable (collections) or general ledger experience.

Mandarin Speaking is Preferred.
