Position Description: Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficientlyConduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems, performing repairs and preventive upkeepPrepare apartments for new residents, make ready's, and punch listCollaborate closely with our maintenance and office teams to uphold property standardsUphold the visual appeal of the property, maintaining its curb appealProvide top-notch customer service to our residentsPosition Requirements: Possess a minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience (prior experience in property management or housing is advantageous)Hold EPA licensureDemonstrate hands-on expertise with HVAC systemsAbility to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies as scheduledAll other duties as assignedMust possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation to and from work. Essential functions of the position regularly require the ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time, the ability to operate equipment, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
