Your mission, should you choose to accept it**:

As our App Pilot Coordinator, you will play a key role in the pilot rollout of our new community app.

You will be responsible for coordinating the pilot launch while working with different TSH teams to develop activation plans.

In addition, you'll work with the community to obtain their feedback while using the app.

You will also conduct interviews and perform tasks in a supportive role for the research agency/team.

Not only will you be the go-to person on all app-related questions, you'll also work directly with the vendor to resolve issues.

You will be co-creating our future app and all feedback given will only help us deliver a better product and experience!

**What You'll Do**:

- Coordinate the communication and touchpoints with the Pilot community along with testing sessions and follow-ups

- You'll work together with the community host on activation plans

- You will be in contact with the community for all app related questions / activities

- You will be the contact person on-site and will assist the agency and or research team with running the "tests"

- You'll be the go-to person when staff or/and users have questions on the app

- You will work together with the app developers to resolve bugs

- You will document all questions/comments to start creating FAQ, training material, and a backlog of enhancements

- Have a daily stand up with the Product Manager of the App to inform and debrief

**Who You Are**:

- You speak English and the knowing the local language as a plus

- You have a good understanding of the community and their needs

- You are organized, proactive and can manage your time efficiently

- You're a superstar communicator and listener

- You're available in May for a period of 3 to 4 months

- You're currently living at TSH Bologna or live nearby

- You're legally allowed to work in the EU

- You're ready for the perfect summer job!
